Job summary

Cemex is seeking a responsible Ready-Mix Driver to operate the concrete mixer and deliver loads to commercial and residential sites. This role requires navigating varying conditions, including uneven terrain, and may involve handling extension chutes weighing 30–50 pounds.

Responsibilities include safety and compliance, on-time delivery, discharge adjustments, chute handling, truck upkeep, and providing professional customer service while coordinating with dispatch.

Qualifications

• CDL A or B license required and FMCSA Clearinghouse compliance.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Clean CSA/MVR record; no DUI/DWI in last 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years.
• Strong safety protocol knowledge for construction and transportation industries.

Responsibilities

• Operate concrete mixer and deliver loads to commercial and residential sites.
• Adhere to safety and compliance regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Ensure safe and timely delivery of loads to job sites.
• Attach and manage extension chutes as needed for precise pouring.
• Maintain cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck.
• Provide professional customer service and coordinate with dispatch.
