The ideal candidate will have a CDL A or B license, good English communication, and a solid safety mindset to ensure accurate deliveries and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• English proficiency for reading, writing and speaking.
• Strong safety protocol knowledge for construction and transportation.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Deliver concrete loads to commercial and residential job sites on time.
• Manage discharge methods for various site settings and conditions.
• Attach and operate extension chutes for precise pouring.
• Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical readiness of the ready-mix truck.
• Provide professional customer service and coordinate with dispatch and team members.
