Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B) required; High School diploma preferred; must qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking); must have acceptable CSA and MVR record; no DUI/DWI in last 5 years; no more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols in construction and transportation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow supervisor instructions.
• Knowledge of traffic routes and basic maintenance skills for truck upkeep (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to regulations and promote a safe work environment.
• Delivery & Timing: Ensure safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites.
• Discharge Management: Adapt discharge methods to varying site settings.
• Extension Chute Handling: Attach and manage extension chutes as needed for precise pouring.
• Truck Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding service and maintain a professional image for the company.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with dispatch and other team members for efficient operations.
