Job summary

Radius Recycling in Oakland, CA seeks a Truck Driver Non-CDL to move equipment and material within facilities while upholding health, safety, and Environmental standards. The role requires operating a tractor trailer or a 26,000 GVW truck safely in a bargaining environment.

The driver performs pre-trip inspections, moves freight between docks, ships and containers, and provides yard support as needed. A valid license and 3–5 years of driving experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of driving experience.
• Must have a valid Driver's license.
• U.S. age minimum: 18+

Responsibilities

• Move freight and materials to and from production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, and containers using trucks and other equipment.
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew and ensuring proper vehicle and equipment positioning.
• Perform inspections of assigned vehicles to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
• Provide backup or assistance throughout the yard as needed or assigned.
