Job summary

Radius Recycling is seeking a Truck Driver Non-CDL to operate a tractor trailer or heavy truck within yards and facilities, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. The role emphasizes safe handling of equipment, immediate reporting of issues, and efficient movement of materials in a busy processing environment.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of driving experience and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 50

Ability to operate trucks and adhere to safety standards.
Prepared to work in varying weather and yard conditions.

Responsibilities

Move freight and materials to and from production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, and containers using trucks and other equipment.
Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew and ensuring proper positioning.
Inspect assigned vehicles to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
Provide backup or assistance throughout the yard as needed or assigned.
Report vehicle defects, accidents, violations, or damages to the appropriate supervisor.
