Job summary

USG is seeking a reliability-focused professional to support preventative and predictive maintenance in the plant, including lubrication, vibration, and temperature measurements. You will report to the Reliability Supervisor and analyze data to predict maintenance needs, performing FMEA and documenting findings.

Safety and housekeeping are priorities as you assist with CBM routes, PM tasks, and coordination with PMCs; you will contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance programs and

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or reliability-focused role.
• Knowledge of lubrication, vibration, and oil sampling.
• Ability to read manuals and drawings and interpret data.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and work in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Perform Storeroom Clerk and Planner duties as needed.
• Support plant reliability initiatives through LEAN events.
• Assist with managing the weekly RPM work schedule and meetings.
• Enter equipment hours into EAM and track parts required for job plans.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Production Maintenance Coordinators and vendors.
• Implement predictive maintenance programs including vibration, infrared, oil analysis, and ultrasonic testing.
