Job summary

USG is seeking a motivated professional to support its Reliability team in preventive and predictive maintenance. The role emphasizes data analysis, FMEA, and coordination with maintenance planners to ensure asset health and safe operations.

The candidate will participate in LEAN activities, manage maintenance schedules, and utilize EAM for work orders and part tracking. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or reliability-focused role.
• Ability to analyze and trend data for predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist reliability team with preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Support LEAN events (5S, Kaizen, A3).
• Maintain equipment library and bill of materials.
• Enter and track work orders in EAM.
• Coordinate with Production Maintenance Coordinators for timely repairs.
• Implement CBM programs including vibration, infrared, oil analysis, and ultrasonic testing.
