Job summary

Pro Services Workforce Solutions is hiring a Reliability Technician in New Oxford, PA to maintain and optimize corrugated packaging machinery. You will work on Allen-Bradley PLCs, AC/DC drives, VFDs, HMIs, and robotics, performing preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime.

You'll document work in the CMMS, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with OEMs and operators across 2nd and 3rd shifts with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (electrical and mechanical).
• Ability to read mechanical diagrams/schematics.
• Experience with 0–24V control circuits; 110–240V single phase; 480V three phase.
• PLC hardware troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize converting and corrugating assets (die cutters, presses, gluers, sheeters).
• Balance reactive, preventive, and predictive maintenance for uptime.
• Troubleshoot PLC hardware and drive/control circuits.
• Document work in the CMMS and uphold safety procedures.
