Job summary
Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) in Reading, PA is hiring Electro-Mechanical Reliability Technicians for the 3rd shift. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed corrugated equipment, reading schematics, and interfacing with PLCs to trace logic.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial maintenance, strong electrical troubleshooting, and experience with RSLogix/Siemens HMIs. Overtime and weekend premiums apply in a fast-paced plant environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in industrial maintenance with strong electrical troubleshooting chops.
- Proficient with meters and safety around 480V three-phase systems.
- Able to read electrical/mechanical prints and follow schematics; experience with PLC logic.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair high-speed corrugated converting equipment in a fast-paced setting.
- Work across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; diagnose issues from 0–24V to 480V.
- Read and interpret prints/schematics; go online with PLCs to trace logic and communicate findings.
