Qualifications

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Review and update department processes and instructions.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and identify trends to predict issues.
• Provide staff with rework instructions and guidance.
• Support during hours when engineers are not present.
