Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Preferred: 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Management.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety regulations, work rules and departmental requirements.
• Record data and inspect castings/products for conformance to specifications.
• Monitor machines and initiate adjustments or repairs; estimate worker hours.
• Train staff, conduct incident prevention activities, and ensure EHS compliance.
• Explain specifications and assign duties; adjust procedures to meet production schedules.
• Suggest improvements to production methods, equipment performance and quality.
• Resolve problems and motivate workers to meet goals.
• Maintain time and production records.
