Job summary

UE Systems is seeking a technically credible, hunter-minded Technical Sales Manager, Reliability Solutions to rebuild and grow our Gulf Coast presence. You will own the territory, create pipeline, expand strategic relationships, and translate ultrasound technology into measurable uptime, energy efficiency, and asset performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting, servicing, or leading maintenance, reliability, predictive maintenance, or related plant operations.
• Working knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices, condition-based monitoring and rotating equipment.
• Experience with reliability or condition-monitoring technologies (e.g., ultrasound, vibration, infrared thermography, oil analysis, motor testing, precision alignment).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and translate reliability opportunities into value for plant-floor and executive audiences.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 75% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a Gulf Coast territory plan to increase pipeline, new-logo wins, revenue, and long-term value.
• Prospect across priority industrial markets and re-engage inactive or underpenetrated accounts with structured plans.
• Lead consultative discovery with stakeholders to identify failure modes, risks, and economic impact.
• Translate customer needs into ultrasound solutions spanning hardware, software, training, and services.
• Develop business cases and proposals quantifying value through downtime reduction, energy savings, and reliability improvements.
• Manage opportunities end-to-end from qualification to close with accurate forecasts in CRM.
