Job summary

UE Systems is seeking a Reliability Sales Manager for the Northeast to own the territory, build a strong pipeline, and drive revenue through ultrasound-based solutions. You will open new accounts, run discovery with maintenance and reliability teams, and translate technical opportunities into measurable business value.

The role requires field-based travel up to 75% and a deep understanding of industrial maintenance, reliability, and predictive maintenance technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or plant operations within asset-intensive environments.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and translate reliability opportunities into value.
• Experience with reliability technologies such as ultrasound, vibration analysis, infrared thermography, oil analysis, or motor testing.
• Experience selling to manufacturing/industrial customers and building business cases.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75% in the Northeast territory.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a Northeast territory plan to grow pipeline and revenue.
• Prospect across priority industrial markets and re-engage accounts with structured account plans.
• Lead consultative discovery with maintenance, reliability, and operations stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs into ultrasound solutions spanning hardware, software, and services.
• Develop proposals and forecasts; manage opportunities end-to-end in the CRM.
• Build relationships across customer organizations and coordinate with internal teams.
