Job summary

Landis+Gyr is seeking a senior quality leader to drive reliability and performance across industrial hardware and embedded software. You will lead quality-improvement initiatives, analyze field data to predict long-term reliability, and present KPIs to senior management.

The role requires 5+ years in leadership, experience in electronics/chemistry domains, and expertise with MTBF, Weibull, and 8D/FMEA. Strong cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

5+ to 10 years in a leadership role.
Experience in electronics/electrical/chemistry/chemical/mechanical device quality and/or reliability evaluation.
Experience in Hardware, embedded SW (FW), and Device development for industrial systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute quality improvements initiatives.
Analyze RMA data and other field data to predict long-term reliability.
Produce reliability reports and KPIs for senior management.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify quality problems and drive CAPA.
