Qualifications

• Requires BS/MS in Electrical/ Electronic/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in leadership; experience with electronics/chemistry devices.
• Experience with hardware, embedded SW, and device development for industrial systems.
• Proven data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with quality improvement in cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute quality improvements initiatives.
• Analyze RMA data and predict long-term reliability.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify quality problems and drive CAPA.
• Produce reliability reports and KPIs for senior management.
• Communicate with decision makers and external customers on complex issues.
• Implement sampling procedures and oversee testing.
