Job summary

GenSystems Power Solutions seeks a hands-on Quality & Reliability Manager to lead product quality, manufacturing excellence, reliability improvement, and customer quality performance. You will build scalable quality systems to support growth, investigate quality issues, and drive systemic improvements across product development, manufacturing, supplier quality, field reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
Experience leading quality functions in manufacturing.
Advanced knowledge of RCA, CAPA, and structured problem solving.
Strong manufacturing, quality systems, and data analytics experience.
Experience with ISO 9001 and cross-functional leadership.
Ability to translate data into sustainable product/process improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead quality function across product, manufacturing, supplier, field, and customer quality.
Direct complex root cause analyses and CAPA investigations.
Develop scalable quality systems and ISO 9001 compliance.
Improve cost of quality through manufacturing and process improvements.
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Engineering to improve product reliability and design quality.
Lead audits and continual improvement activities within the QMS.
Use AI, automation, and analytics to speed investigations and decisions.
