Novo Nordisk in Clayton, NC seeks a maintenance professional to improve and support reliability of core manufacturing systems. You will collaborate with Process Engineers to enhance performance and may travel to other aseptic sites for shutdowns.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience; Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is a plus. This on-site position offers competitive pay, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 4+ years of related experience alternative.
• Experience with equipment maintenance and process improvements.
• LEAN and/or Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.
• Pharma/manufacturing exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze events and processes using RCA tools.
• Implement and maintain reliability-centered maintenance.
• Lead improvement projects for equipment reliability.
• Develop and update maintenance procedures and plans.
• Support engineering studies, testing, and validation.
