Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in a relevant technical field with 2+ years of related experience.
- Alternate pathway: High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience.
- Experience in equipment maintenance and process improvements is required.
Responsibilities
- Perform event and process analysis using RCA tools.
- Implement and maintain reliability-centered maintenance in core processes.
- Lead projects to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures.
- Support engineering studies, testing, and validation protocols.
- Coach technicians and act as a systems trainer.
