Job summary
Novo Nordisk in Clayton, NC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to identify issues and improve reliability of process equipment. You will assist in operating the assigned process and support low to moderate complexity issues.
The role involves performing corrective and preventive maintenance, documenting production data in Batch Production Records, and following safety and environmental requirements. You will participate in reliability improvement projects and support site operations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance or relevant field required.
- In lieu of degree, a high school diploma with minimum 2 years of equipment maintenance experience.
- Knowledgeable in automated records systems (e.g., SAP) and reading schematics or wiring diagrams.
Responsibilities
- Improve performance and reliability of process equipment and restore function efficiently.
- Operate, monitor and control assigned equipment and processes.
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on designated systems and equipment.
- Record and review production data in Batch Production Records and forms.
- Follow safety and environmental requirements in all duties.
- Assist in reliability improvement projects and support process operations.
