Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Process Excellence Engineer to own the Riverview DMS across all tiers and drive continuous improvement, savings, and strategic projects with the OE team. You will coach teams, lead KPI updates, and sustain gains in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on floor presence, strong facilitation, and collaboration with site leadership to build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (minimum requirement).
• 3+ years of experience in operational excellence or regulated manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience running Tier meetings or Daily Management System preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; Black Belt is a plus.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/chemical GMP or regulated environment preferred.
• Strong presentation skills for site and senior leadership updates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with dashboards is a plus.
• Willingness to learn AI tools for analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, rollout, daily cadence, and sustainment of the Riverview DMS across Tier 1–3.
• Build visual management boards, KPI ownership, escalation paths, and standard meetings.
• Coach teams to use SQDCP measures, identify gaps, escalate risks, and sustain gains.
• Lead end-to-end savings and improvement projects with site OE leadership.
• Translate issues into clear updates with impact, owner, due date, and risks.
• Support SAP S4HANA migration workstreams; contribute to OE initiatives.
