• Master or Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in research and chemical development of drugs and fine chemicals.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of synthetic organic and process chemistry.
• Understanding of CMC, regulatory affairs, and GMP.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of API manufacturing processes.
• Ensure timelines, specifications and cGMP compliance across projects.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, Safety, Engineering, Operations and client teams.
• Develop process development plans and monitor OTIF delivery.
• Generate and revise development reports, investigations and BPRs.
• Provide technical guidance and strategic input to senior management.
