Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage complex chemical development programs.
• Strong command of organic synthesis and process chemistry.
• Experience delivering cGMP compliant development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development projects and allocate resources across labs.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, Engineering, Safety, and Operations to meet timelines and specs.
• Develop plan with PD managers to ensure OTIF delivery of project objectives.
• Supervise lab operations; ensure safety and clean lab practices.
• Direct development of in-process methods with Analytical Development teams.
