Qualifications

• Experience with root-cause analysis and problem solving is a plus.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma principles and tools is beneficial.
• Strong planning, scheduling and cost-control capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and improve operations, efficiency, and safety.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop or modify equipment/processes to improve quality and capacity.
• Perform calculations and cost estimates of mechanical systems.
• Plan project work through team coordination and scheduling.
• Collaborate with operations, engineers and maintenance to resolve issues and meet goals.
• Update documentation of specifications, drawings, and safety procedures.
• Apply Six Sigma tools to improve quality and reduce defects.
• Contribute to incident investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions.
