Job summary

ANDRITZ is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support maintenance and reliability at a paper mill. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and coordinating work to maximize equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency, leveraging IBM Maximo to develop job plans and manage work orders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial manufacturing, strong maintenance planning knowledge, and the ability to optimize spare parts and vendor coordination for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in maintenance planning, supervision, reliability, or industrial maintenance.
• Experience using a CMMS and reading technical drawings/P&IDs.
• Proficient in Excel and office tools for reporting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance work to maximize reliability and safety.
• Develop detailed job plans with labor, duration, tools, permits, and materials.
• Align weekly/daily schedules with operations, supervisors, and contractors.
• Ensure documentation, procedures, drawings, and safety requirements are in each package.
• Monitor backlog health and prioritize work orders for execution.
• Use Maximo for work order management, planning, and reporting.
• Collaborate with storeroom and procurement on parts and spare requirements.
• Support preventive, predictive maintenance and KPI tracking.
