Job summary

FirstEnergy Corp. in Akron, OH is seeking a Business Analyst for the PMO to enhance program reporting, track scope, schedule and costs, and provide leadership with timely data.

You will partner with Program Managers, Engineering, Construction and Reliability groups to evolve reporting, identify risks, and support decision making while ensuring accountability and collaboration across FE's organization.

Qualifications

• Two-to-four-year degree required, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience in forecasting, cost control, and portfolio management.
• Proven program management experience and risk identification.
• Strong MS Office skills; knowledge of PowerBI/Toad/CREWS/P6/Oracle is a plus.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Develop weekly workstream and monthly leadership reports.
• Monitor progress against program plans and present data to leadership.
• Collaborate with PMOs, Engineering, Construction, Reliability to improve reporting.
• Anticipate customer needs and drive value within scope.
• Support continuous process improvement across the FE organization.
