Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years of refining, petrochemical, or related industrial experience with leadership in reliability or mechanical integrity.
• Proven supervisory and people leadership experience with coaching and accountability.
• Strong understanding of refinery processes, asset reliability, and process safety requirements.
• Experience supporting capital projects, turnarounds, and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate across Operations, Maintenance, Inspection, Projects, and Process Safety teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for fixed equipment, rotating equipment, materials engineering, and site reliability programs.
• Develop and implement reliability strategies aligned with refinery business objectives.
