Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a maintenance manager or supervisor
• 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• experience in coaching and employee development
• proven success in resource planning
• strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and resolve issues
• skilled in both written and verbal communication, with a talent for fostering strong working relationships with internal plant customers
• self-motivated, capable of setting and achieve goals independently
• demonstrated teamwork and leadership in an industrial environment

Responsibilities

• ensure a safe work environment for all employees by ensuring equipment is in optimal operating condition and adheres to safety standards.
• implement the maintenance strategy, monitor key performance indicators, and complete corrective and preventive actions to achieve short and medium term objectives.
• lead and develop a team of multidisciplinary maintenance professionals to increase the durability of equipment and address obsolescence challenges.
• enhance process reliability by implementing and ensuring the effectiveness of maintenance plans.
• oversee and optimize the maintenance budget including workforce, supply, and services; and foster team development and empowerment, actively support succession planning, and collaborate closely with the Site Maintenance Manager to strengthen the team's leadership pipeline.
