  • oversee and optimize the maintenance budget including workforce, supply, and services; and foster team development and empowerment, actively support succession planning, and collaborate closely with the Site Maintenance Manager to strengthen the team's leadership pipeline.

Michelin Waterville is located in the heart of the Annapolis Valley, known for its many farms and vineyards, and home to some of Canada's oldest historical sites. This facility produces tires for transport trucks, off-road, and construction vehicles for the North America market.

We have an opening for a Reliability Manager whose responsibilities include leading a team of skilled dayshift & rotating technicians to support the reactive & planned maintenance needs of a production area within the facility. This position includes the evaluation of team efficiency and leadership of progress initiatives.

What You Will Do
