Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Reliability Manager to develop and implement maintenance strategies, minimize downtime, and optimize costs. You will lead predictive maintenance programs, analyze data, and guide asset care decisions across R&D, engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.

Qualified candidates bring 10+ years in manufacturing maintenance or a engineering degree with 3+ years in manufacturing, plus strong RCA/FMEA experience.

Qualifications

• 10 years+ in a manufacturing maintenance organization OR a Bachelor99s Degree or related Engineering discipline AND 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in manufacturing environment and maintenance leadership preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven approach

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead predictive maintenance programs (vibration, oil, thermography, acoustical)
• Conduct data collection and analytics for maintenance planning and failure forecasting
• Develop asset care strategies and improve maintenance processes
• Document manuals, BOMs, drawings, and training materials
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and targeted maintenance improvements
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, maintenance, operations, and quality teams

How you will make history here...

The reliability manager is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of maintenance strategies, standards, and processes to continuously improve equipment reliability. They are responsible for minimizing equipment downtime, optimizing maintenance costs and maximize lifespan.

What you will do.. .

• - Organize and lead predictive maintenance programs such as:
• o Vibration analysis
• o Oil analysis
• o Thermography
• o Acoustical analysis
• o Life cycle analysis
• o Data Collection (mean time between failure)
• - Data analytics including
• o Equipment baseline assessment
• o Rebuild frequency and forecasting
• o Guide the development of asset care strategy (Die/pan care programs)
• - Documentation (manuals, BOM's, drawings, training)
• - Process improvement through
• o Root cause problem solving
• o FMEA's
• o Criticality assessments
• o Targeted fixes (Adjusting PM's, Training, upgrading equipment)

Who you will work with.. .

• - Collaborate with cross function teams including R&D, engineering, maintenance, operations and quality
• - Manage the Planners and PIIT crew

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

• - 10 years + in a manufacturing maintenance organization OR a Bachelors Degree or related Engineering discipline AND 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

• - Bachelors Degree
• - 10+ years of reliability, engineering or maintenance experience in a Food manufacturing environment

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$92,400-$127,100

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
