Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Denver is seeking an experienced maintenance leader to organize and drive predictive maintenance programs across multiple asset classes. You will guide data analytics for baseline assessments and forecasting, and develop asset care strategies with thorough documentation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with R&D, engineering, maintenance, operations, and quality teams, plus managing planners and PIIT crew to ensure reliability excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a manufacturing maintenance organization
• Bachelor's in Engineering with 3+ years in manufacturing
• Strong data analytics and predictive maintenance background

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead predictive maintenance programs (vibration, oil, thermography, acoustical, life cycle)
• Data analytics including equipment baseline assessment, rebuild frequency and forecasting
• Documentation (manuals, BOMs, drawings, training)
• Process improvement through root cause analysis, FMEA, criticality assessments, targeted fixes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, engineering, maintenance, operations, quality)
• Manage planners and PIIT crew

  • Rebuild frequency and forecastingGuide the development of asset care strategy (Die/pan care programs)

  • Root cause problem solving
  • FMEA's
  • Criticality assessments
  • Targeted fixes (Adjusting PM's, Training, upgrading equipment)

• Collaborate with cross function teams including R&D, engineering, maintenance, operations and quality
• Manage the Planners and PIIT crew

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

• 10 years + in a manufacturing maintenance organization OR a Bachelors Degree or related Engineering discipline AND 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

• Bachelors Degree
• 10+ years of reliability, engineering or maintenance experience in a Food manufacturing environment

Compensation and Benefits

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $92,400-$127,100. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
