Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Reliability Manager to drive maintenance strategy and improve equipment reliability across our food manufacturing network. You will minimize downtime and optimize maintenance costs while expanding asset care programs and data-driven decision making.
You will collaborate with R&D, engineering, maintenance, operations and quality teams to organize predictive maintenance, perform data analytics, and document manuals, BOMs, drawings and training.

The reliability manager is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of maintenance strategies, standards, and processes to continuously improve equipment reliability. They are responsible for minimizing equipment downtime, optimizing maintenance costs and maximize lifespan.
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$92,400-$127,100
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
