Job summary

Johnsonville, LLC. is seeking a Reliability and Maintenance professional responsible for keeping production and refrigeration equipment in top condition.

You will apply Reliability Centered Maintenance techniques and collaborate with engineers and production teams to drive upgrades and continuous improvement. You will maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, support capital projects, and help develop preventive maintenance data for SAP.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience required.
• Ammonia refrigeration, HVAC and boiler experience a plus.
• Basic electrical experience required; PLCs a plus; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Apply RCM techniques to improve production equipment performance.
• Maintain utility equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on production and utility equipment and apply RCA techniques.
• Work on projects (machining, fabrication, Capital projects) and coordinate with outside vendors.
• Assist with developing preventative maintenance data for SAP.
• Assist with new equipment installation and/or relocation.
• Maintain facilities and equipment to meet Johnsonville, OSHA and USDA standards.
• Contribute to uptime improvements through equipment modifications and layout changes.
