Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Reliability Technician V to lead advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electromechanical manufacturing equipment on the production floor. You will apply RCPS/A3 problem solving and coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and uptime.

Role requires 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience, senior-level troubleshooting, and strong knowledge of PLCs, servo systems, pneumatics, robotics, vision

Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years of college, trade, military training, or equivalent industrial maintenance experience in a technical field supporting electromechanical manufacturing systems, PLCs, pneumatics, and automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Meet all requirements of the PM & Reliability Technician IV position.
• Utilize broad Production Equipment Repair and Maintenance expertise to devise practical solutions for tasks that are typically not routine.
• Lead complex equipment diagnostics involving electromechanical systems, PLCs, servo systems, pneumatics, robotics, vision systems, dosing systems, molding systems, heat seal systems, sterilizers, and related production technologies.
• Provide technical coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to Technician II through Technician V personnel.
