You will perform tasks with emphasis on safety, quality, and customer service while collaborating with Operations and Leadership. Responsibilities include preventive and predictive maintenance, lubrication scheduling, troubleshooting, and contributing to maintenance plans and PI efforts to improve

Qualifications

• Safety practices knowledge and application (LOTO, PPE, hot work, PIT, fall protection).
• Ability to read/interpret mechanical and electrical schematics; use proper tools.

Responsabilités

• Execute maintenance tasks with safety and quality as top priorities.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to improve uptime and productivity.
• Provide feedback on job needs and improvement opportunities to peers/leadership.
• Mentor Reliability Techs C and D in skill development and assist senior techs.
• Support PM/PdM plans, lubrication, and process-improvement initiatives.
