Shaw Industries Group in Calhoun, GA is seeking a Maintenance Tech B for night shift to support plant D7. This role focuses on safety, reliability and quality while performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement on process and support equipment.

The position involves PM, PdM, and CM activities, along with feedback to leadership and mentoring of junior techs; requires strong mechanical skills and safety discipline. Rotating 12-hour nights.

Formación

• Knowledge and application of safety practices (LOTO, confined space, PPE, hot work, PIT, fall protection).
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics; basic sketches.
• Proficiency with maintenance planning, PM/PdM/CM concepts and job planning.

Responsabilidades

• Execute maintenance tasks with focus on safety, quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to reduce downtime.
• Maintain process and support equipment to high performance levels.
• Support preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance activities.
• Communicate findings and corrective actions to Operations and Maintenance leadership.
