Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience administering IBM Maximo CMMS in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, preventive maintenance, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
• Experience leading teams within pharmaceutical, biotech, or other cGMP-regulated industries.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement using maintenance and reliability metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as site administrator and SME for IBM Maximo CMMS.
• Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination of preventive, corrective, and predictive tasks.
• Coordinate and manage services by maintenance vendors and contractors; ensure safety, quality and compliance.
