Job summary

JLL is seeking a Reliability Maintenance and Engineering Planner in Houston, TX to help maximize uptime of material handling equipment. You will develop preventive maintenance plans, review work orders, and coordinate schedules with maintenance technicians and operations.

Travel up to 15% and strong data skills with EAM systems will be valued as you drive KPI reporting, parts management, and continuous improvement within a safety‑driven, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance.
• 1 year MS Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, holidays.
• Travel up to 15% is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
• Screen work orders and audit equipment metadata for accuracy.
• Estimate labor hours, parts, tools for WOs to support PM/RCM.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Techs and Operations on downtime windows.
• Manage WO data, equipment metadata, and spare parts metadata.
• Support scheduling and assignment of work and ensure WO closure.
• Generate requisitions, POs, and PO receipts in EAM/Oracle.
• Provide EAM training and act as Tier 1 support for staff.
