Job summary

JLL is seeking a Reliability Engineer (P3) in Spring, TX to support operations and maintenance of building assets. You will integrate client systems, develop asset management plans, and drive reliability improvements across facilities. This hybrid role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and travel to client sites as needed.

The position emphasizes RCFA, data-driven maintenance strategies, and improving life-cycle performance while aligning with JLL's reliability program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional reliability engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with automated fault detection and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliability engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure and equipment assets.
• Develop and implement asset management plans aligning with BAS, energy management and life-cycle strategies.
• Conduct root cause failure analyses and develop corrective actions.
• Perform maintenance maturity assessments to track progress to plan.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and third-party resources for cost-effective improvements.
• Maintain CMMS records and develop reliability metrics.
