Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; mechanical eng degree preferred.
• 3 years in maintenance coordination or planning.
• Experience with circulating pumps, conveyors, elevators, or machinery operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and prioritize Area maintenance needs.
• Create and manage Area work notifications in SAP.
• Coordinate capital contractor work with production.
• Ensure Area PSM/ISO compliance through inspections.
• Monitor lubrication and rotation programs.
• Mentor shift leaders and engineers.
• Manage relevant KPIs and cost control.
