AdvanSix seeks a Maintenance Planner to oversee planning and scheduling of maintenance activities within a designated facility area. This fast-paced role requires teamwork in a dynamic production environment.

You will develop plans, manage outages, procure equipment/services, and maintain documentation. Candidates should have a mechanical background, SAP-PM experience, and proven organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years in an industrial manufacturing environment or a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Experience with SAP-PM, MS Office, and production accounting tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities for an assigned area.
• Estimate and initiate work orders for mechanical and electrical/instrumentation work.
• Procure equipment, materials and services with focus on fixed-price packages.
• Manage repairs, purchases, and invoices for outage work.
• Develop and maintain mechanical maintenance documentation and job plans.
• Coordinate with Area Coordinators and Mechanical FLS on priorities.
• Audit shop papers and maintain job history forms for maintenance.
