Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years of relevant experience.
PLC and CNC experience.
10+ years in maintenance, mechanical/electrical repair and/or troubleshooting.
5+ years leadership experience.
Proven ability to implement and execute successful preventative maintenance and increased uptime programs.

Responsibilities

Direct maintenance department operations and training of staff.
Manage parts inventory and budgets for repairs.
Implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Schedule and coordinate external vendors for repairs and services.
Maintain safe and compliant working environment and regulate safety standards.
Improve reliability and uptime of facility systems and equipment.
Prioritize maintenance of company equipment and parts and monitor repair costs.
