Chart Industries, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department in Beasley, TX. You will direct all activities, supervise a team, manage parts inventory, and train staff to maximize machinery uptime.

You will implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs, oversee budgets, and coordinate with vendors. A Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of relevant experience is required, with PLC/CNC and 10+ years in maintenance and leadership preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years of relevant experience.
• PLC and CNC experience.
• 10+ years of maintenance, mechanical/electrical repair, and troubleshooting.
• 5+ years leadership experience.
• Proven ability to implement preventive maintenance and uptime improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Direct all maintenance department activities and ensure adequate parts inventory.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Manage budgets and repair timing; supervise maintenance staff.
• Schedule, train, and motivate maintenance personnel; coordinate with outside vendors.
