Momentum Manufacturing Group – Engineered Extrusions seeks a Reliability and Maintenance Manager to lead our Franklin, NH on-site maintenance team. You will drive preventive maintenance, reliability programs, and safe, efficient operations to meet production goals.

Responsibilities include planning maintenance activities, managing budgets, utilizing CMMS, and collaborating with production, engineering, and supply chain to foster continuous improvement and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of maintenance teams in manufacturing environments.
• Experience planning and executing preventive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance team and set priorities to maximize uptime.
• Plan and manage preventive maintenance programs; troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Coordinate repairs and monitor performance to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Develop maintenance standards and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
