Job summary

ASU is seeking an Service Manager to lead reliability strategy, maintenance execution, and continuous improvement for rotating and electrical systems across facilities. You will directly manage rotating equipment technicians, process equipment technicians, and electrical & controls technicians, partnering with Operations and Engineering to ensure safe, reliable equipment performance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of engineering-related manufacturing experience in an industrial environment
• 1-3 years reliability engineering related work and project management experience
• Strong understanding of rotating equipment and process equipment maintenance

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability and maintenance strategy for rotating, process, and electrical equipment.
• Supervise technicians and regional maintenance staff.
• Develop and sustain preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Analyze equipment data and trends to improve reliability and availability.
• Support RCFA and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution to minimize downtime.
