Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Pennsylvania seeks an experienced Electrical Reliability & Automation Manager to lead reliability, electrical engineering, automation, and controls across a complex manufacturing site.

You will build and coach a team of engineers, automation technicians, and maintenance professionals, drive asset reliability, modernization initiatives, and continuous improvement, while partnering with operations, maintenance, engineering and digital teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Reliability Engineers, Automation Technicians, Electrical Specialists, and Maintenance personnel.
• Build a culture centered on safety, accountability, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across electrical, automation, and reliability functions.
• Develop organizational capabilities through training, development, and succession planning.
• Provide oversight for industrial electrical systems, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, drives, MCCs, and process control systems.
• Lead automation modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and digital teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Establish best practices and standards for automation and controls throughout the operation.

This newly created leadership role is responsible for developing and leading a team of engineers, automation technicians, and maintenance professionals while driving asset reliability, automation strategy, defect elimination, and continuous improvement initiatives across a complex manufacturing operation.
