Job summary

Seven Seas Water Group seeks a Maintenance & Reliability Leader to direct maintenance, reliability engineering, and asset management across our SWRO facilities in Tampa. You will report to the General Manager and regularly update the Senior Leadership Team, including the CEO. Up to 50% travel required for multi-site support.

You will lead Reliability Centered Maintenance and manage KPIs, MTBF, MTTR, and PM compliance while optimizing IFS ERP and spare parts across sites.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in maintenance and reliability in water/industrial settings.
• Hands-on SWRO or large desalination system experience.
• Experience leading multi-discipline maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, reliability engineering, and asset management strategy.
• Oversee Reliability Centered Maintenance and risk-based inspection programs.
• Drive KPI, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance and RCA/FMEA.
• Own IFS maintenance platform use and spare parts strategy.
• Develop and mentor maintenance supervisors, planners, and technicians.
