Job summary

Reliability Supervisor role in Sheboygan, WI leads maintenance and reliability operations within a high-volume packaging facility. You will develop maintenance personnel, optimize equipment performance, reduce downtime, and drive reliability initiatives to support safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead and develop maintenance or technical teams.
Experience in manufacturing environments with strong safety focus.
Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance concepts.
Experience using CMMS/EAM systems to manage work orders and asset data.
Hands-on with industrial automation and controls including PLCs, motors and drives.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multi-skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Drive equipment reliability through preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
Partner with Operations to improve uptime, increase efficiency, and minimize production disruptions.
Provide technical guidance for troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance execution.
Support long-term reliability planning and asset performance improvement initiatives.
