Job summary

J&J Snack Foods in Bellmawr, NJ is seeking a Reliability and Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, engineering, and reliability across the plant. You will drive uptime, preventive and predictive maintenance, and data-driven programs to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

You will guide supervisors and technicians, manage spare parts, collaborate with Operations, and partner with Support Center Engineering on capital projects, automation, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of maintenance and/or engineering leadership experience in CPG or food manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience with CMMS / Redzone maintenance systems.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Owns line uptime, MTBF, MTTR, and overall equipment reliability for the plant.
• Leads a proactive, data-driven maintenance culture and PM programs.
• Oversees spare parts strategy, inventory accuracy, and parts planning.
• Uses Redzone for work order management, PM compliance, and downtime analysis.
• Ensures maintenance work complies with food safety, GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Manages budgets and supports capital projects and ROI Justification.
• Partners with Support Center Engineering on capital projects and process improvements.
