Job summary

DSJ Global represents a leading packaging manufacturer in La Mirada, CA, seeking a Reliability Manager to lead maintenance and reliability operations at a high-volume plant. This role focuses on building maintenance team capability, improving asset reliability, driving safety performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

You will lead a multi‑craft maintenance team, develop PM/PdM programs, optimize preventive maintenance, manage planning and CMMS, and

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong electro-mechanical background with PLCs, motors, drives, instrumentation, and mechanical systems.
• Experience developing and managing PM/PdM programs.
• Knowledge of planning, scheduling, CMMS, and maintenance cost management.
• Proven leadership and coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-craft maintenance team.
• Drive a strong safety culture and safe work practices.
• Build and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Improve equipment uptime, reliability, and asset utilization.
• Partner with operations to support production and customer requirements.
• Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS utilization.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spending, and resource allocation.
• Identify and execute capital improvement opportunities.
• Lead reliability-focused continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive accountability, coaching, and employee development.
