Job summary
JT4, LLC is hiring Reliability and Maintainability Engineers with opportunities from entry to senior level. Candidates will design maintenance strategies, perform failure analyses, and run reliability tests to ensure equipment meets safety and performance standards. A DoD security clearance may be required, and a U.S.
citizen is essential. Salary ranges are based on skill level and education, with a stated range of $110,000 to $185,000 per year.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering from ABET-accredited institution with 4 years of related engineering experience, or accredited MS with 2 years, or accredited PhD in Engineering.
- Must have DoD clearance eligibility up to Top Secret with special access and be a U.S. citizen.
- Strong communication and analytical skills and proficiency with engineering tools.
Responsibilities
- Design maintenance strategies using predictive and preventive data.
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations.
- Design and execute reliability tests to verify specifications and safety.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate new technologies.
- Prepare reports and present findings to management.
- Maintain reliability and maintenance documentation and metrics.
